摘要
立足于国产材料和设备，成功地研制了一套较为实用的制备型高效液相色谱（ＨＰＬＣ）分离装置．根据不同的制备量和分离要求，该装置可以使用不同内径及不同柱长的制备柱，用于生化产品的制备分离。
A preparative high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) separation installation was developed based on domestic material and equipment. The preparative column with different inner diameter and length can be used for the preparative scale from several milligrams to several hundreds milligrams and for dealing with different samples.
