肠易激综合征病因研究进展 被引量：13

摘要 肠易激综合征（irritable bowel syndrome．IBS）是临床上最常见的一种胃肠道功能紊乱性疾惠．是一组包括腹痛、腹胀、以大便习惯改变为主要特征，并伴大便性状异常．持续存在或间歇发作。而又缺乏形态学及生物化学异常改变等可用器质性疾病解释的临床症状．大致可分为腹泻型、便秘型、混合型及未分型。据报道不论是西方发达国家还是发展中国家IBS的患病率均非常高，我国人群患病率估计在20％，也有报道在西方国家IBS患者占胃肠门诊病人的25％～50％，在我国约占40％。本文就近年IBS的病因研究进展作一综述。
