摘要
介绍一种基于刚性梁、在软性试验机上测定材料、在控制应变率条件下的应变软化关系的试验系统.得到了刚性梁试验系统中试件应变速率与系统施力速率之间的函数关系,给出了一组实测结果。
An experimental system and a relative method for testing behavior of strain softening material at controlled rate of straining are investigated. A soft testing machine can be improved as a rigid system by use of a three point flexural beam which works in the region of elasticity. The relation of strain rate in tested specimen with respect to loading rate of the system is proposed, and the way to control the strain rate in specimen by controlling the rate of loading is discussed. At last, some experimental results are given, which show great success of the experimental system in testing softening response of the material at controlled rate of straining.
