口腔矫治器治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价改良口腔矫治器治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)的临床疗效。方法采用下颌前移式口腔矫治器治疗24例OSAS患者,治疗前后分别经夜间多导睡眠监测(PSG),比较睡眠呼吸暂停指数(AI)、呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)、最低血氧饱和度(SaO2)等呼吸紊乱指标的变化。结果治疗前、后患者呼吸暂停指数、呼吸暂停低通气指数、血氧饱和度指标变化差异有显著性(P<0.001),21例呼吸暂停低通气指数下降了50%以上,客观有效率为87.5%。结论改良口腔矫治器是治疗轻、中度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的有效方法。 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of an oral appliance on obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. Methods 24 patients with OSAS treated with mandibular advancement appliance were re-examined by PSG monitoring equipment at night. The changes of the sleep disorder indexes were analyzed. Results 21 patients responded to the oral appliance therapy, their apnea index and apnea-hyponea index were reduced significantly (P 〈 0. 001 )and the lowest degree of blood oxygen saturation improved significantly (P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion The results demonstrate the oral appliance is an effective alternative that could benefit mild or moderate patients with OSAS.
