摘要
运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法对现有体制下导致退役运动员再就业困难的主要原因进行研究。我国现阶段整体就业形势严峻、竞技体育体制改革的滞后和退役运动员自身水平受限是造成退役运动员就业困难的主要原因。解决这一问题必须紧紧围绕解决退役运动员后顾之忧这一目标,政府高度重视,社会大力支持,努力提高运动训练的效率,增强退役运动员的就业竞争力,拓宽退役运动员的再就业渠道,加强退役运动员的心理辅导,搞好运动员的社会保障。
In recent years, retired athletes of outstanding Sports Teams have encountered unprecedented difficulty, which will affect the sustainable development of our country＇s athletics sports. Through reciting relevant documents and reasoning, this article discussed the primary problem that affected the re-employment of retired athletes in the current system. The hard situation of seeking jobs, the lag of reforming athletic sport management system and the inadequacy of retired athletes all contribute to this problem. Solution to it depends on the government＇ s ability to lessen their worries about the future, the society＇ s support, their ability to raise efficiency and competence, make more joh opportunities, strengthen their psychological counseling and affiliate their social security.
