摘要
针对多型号汽车项目资源配置的特点,提出了一种以模糊优选与动态规划思想为理论基础,融合决策过程定性与定量指标的资源优化配置方案制定方法。该方法中,通过两级模糊优选模型综合计算定性与定量指标的平均相对优属度,采用决策序列相对优属度总和最大法求解最优化资源配置方案;最后,使用某汽车企业的多型号项目进行了实例仿真,验证了方法的有效性。
The optimization method of resource allocation is proposed on auto multi-projects.Analysis of the characteristics of auto projects,fuzzy optimization theory and dynamic programming method are utilized in establish optimization scheme of resource allocation.The method uses the fuzzy optimization theory to synthesize qualitative factors and quantitative factors in resource allocation,and the dynamic programming method to produce optimization decision.At last, some auto projects are introduced as an example to demonstrate the process and validity of the method.
