跨画采购对中国产业升级的影响分析

摘要 20世纪80年代以来随着信息技术的发展和市场竞争的加剧，跨国公司越来越集中于核心业务活动的发展，而将非核心业务活动以采购或者外包的形式转移到发展中国家，采购职能也经历了从传统的战术职能到供应链管理的战略职能的转变。中国加入WTO以后，越来越多的全球采购商把目光投向中国，甚至把各种跨国采购中心迁至中国。同时，一批国内重点城市兴建全球采购交易平台，许多专业采购展会都取得了可喜的成长，政府制定各项政策为跨国采购开辟绿色通道。这种新变化趋势必将对我国参与全球价值链的要素提出了新的要求，并且对供应商向价值链高端的升级具有重要的影响作用。
