摘要
大地震给人类带来巨大的损失,而地震保险对策又是地震灾害防御中极为令人关心的问题。本文从地震灾害的潜在威胁;保险补偿机制;保险危险管理机制;确立地震保险对策的主导地位等方面清楚地论述了地震保险对策的意义和作用。
Great earthquakes bring tremendous losses to mankind,and earthquake insurance is a matter of great interest to the people in earthquake disasters remedy and rehabilitation. This paper,from the aspects of potential threat of earthquake disasters,mechanism of insurance indemnity,mechanism of insurance risk management,establishing the guiding principle of earthquake insurance measures,clearly discusses the significance and effect of earthquake insurance measures.
