热塑性复合材料薄板拉伸过程有限元模拟 被引量:10

Finite elemental simulation on tensile process of thermoplastic laminates

摘要 为更好了解复合材料制件拉伸时的受力薄弱环节以及各点的受力情况,为构件性能评价及预测提供理论参考,利用有限元分析方法对热塑性复合材料薄板的拉伸过程进行计算机模拟。由于板材厚度较小,将拉伸问题近似成二维。建立模型后通过单元网格划分,对各节点的受力情况进行分析和计算,得到单元各节点的应力值以及模型受力云图。通过最大应力值点以及模型受力云图与实际拉伸试样变形情况的比较,结果表明,模型应力集中区域与试样实际断裂区域相吻合。 The analysis of composites tensile process conduced to looking into the weak points and conditions of each point upon which force is being exerted on the composite products. It could be good theoretical reference for assessing and predicting the property of composites. In this article, finite element analysis method was used to simulate the tensile process of thermoplastic composites through programming on the computer. The tensile problem was simplified in two dimensions due to the small thickness of laminates. The force on each node was analyzed and calculated through meshing the model into elements and applying constraints and loads on the nodes. The maximal stress point and the contour plots of the model were compared with deformed specimen in tensile tests. It is found that there is a good match on damaged areas between the simulated model and experimental specimen.
