摘要
9%Ni钢大型球罐奥氏体不锈钢焊缝因晶粒粗大,难于用一般的超声方法进行检测.本文对奥氏体不锈钢焊缝检测用窄脉冲纵波斜探头、对比试块、探头K(探头折射角的正切)值以及探伤灵敏度等问题进行了研究,制定出了9%Ni钢大型球罐焊缝的超声波探伤规则,并在现场探伤中取得了很好的效果.
It is difficult to test the austenitic stainless steel welds of huge 9%Ni steel sphere by ordinary ultrasonic method as a result of corse grain. Problems have been studied in this paper such as the narrow-pulse longitudinal wave angle probe, comparative specimens, K values of probes as well as the testing sensitivity, etc., for the test of austenitic steel welds. Rules for the ultrasonic testing of huge 9%Ni steel sphere welds have been laid down, and a good result has also been obtained on site testing.
