摘要
随着国务院《医疗事故处理条例》的颁布,计算机技术的广泛应用,病案管理的服务功能发生了质的变化,服务的内涵更加丰富了,服务由被动转向主动,为了适应新形势下对病案服务功能的各种需求,病案管理工作只有转变观念,开展全方位的服务功能,才能更好地推进病案管理服务工作的不断发展。
With the promulgation of The Regulations on Dealing with the Medical Disputes by State Department and the wide use of computer technology, great transformation has taken place in the role of the service of medical record management, and the connotation of the service has become even richer. And passive service has been changed into active one. For meeting the needs of the service in the new situation, the medical record practitioners should change their ideas, to serve the patients omnidirectionally, so as to put the service of medical record management continuously.
