摘要
目的探索目前条件下,医院合并后病人在东西两院就诊,纸质病案在两院间如何进行传送。方法对北京协和医院目前所采用的纸张病案传送的必要性进行分析,归纳总结其所用的方法。结果讨论远程传送病案的可行性及其它可能的传送方法。结论纸质病案传送虽有局限性,但在目前条件下却是首选。只有充分开发可利用资源才能更好地解决两院间病案传送的问题,保障医疗质量和医疗安全。
Objective To explore how to transfer papery medical records between different hospital areas when the two hospitals are united. Method To analyze the necessity of transferring papery medical records, whieh is eurrently carried out in the PUMCH, and to summarize the methods being used. Result To discuss the feasibility of long - distance transfer of the medical record and the possible approaches of transferring them. Conclusion Long - distance transfer is still considered as the first choice under the current circumstances despite its limitations. Only through fully exploring the available resources can we solve the problems better.
