摘要
目的观察中药、川芎嗪配合氦氖激光对黄褐斑患者血液流变学的影响。方法90例黄褐斑患者随机分为两组:治疗组54例,采用自拟补肾疏肝化瘀方、川芎嗪配合氦氖激光治疗。治疗组治疗前有53例检测血液流变学低切、高切、血浆黏度,并与30例健康人对照;治疗组有34人治疗后检测血液流变学低切、高切、血浆黏度,并进行治疗前后对比。对照组36例,采用口服维生素E、维生素C,20%壬二酸霜外涂治疗。结果治疗组54例,基本治愈17例,显效26例,总有效率79.6%,明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。黄褐斑患者全血黏度低切、高切和血浆黏度检测均明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01)。经中药、川芎嗪配合氦氖激光治疗后,患者全血黏度低切、高切和血浆黏度均明显降低(P均<0.01)。结论黄褐斑患者存在血液流变学异常;自拟补肾疏肝化瘀方、川芎嗪配合氦氖激光治疗黄褐斑,具有降低全血黏度、血浆黏度等作用,临床疗效较好。
Objective To observe the effect of Chinese herbal medicine .Ligustrazin in coordination with the He-Ne laser on hemorheology in patients with chloasma. Methods Ninety patients were randomly divided into two groups, the 54 patients in the therapeutic group were treated with Chinese herbal medicine,Ligustrazin in coordination with the He-Ne laser, and the other 36 patients in the control group treated with VE, VC, and external application of 20% azelaic acid cream. The hemorheology of 53 patients in the therapeutic group were determined. The hemorheology of 34 patients in treated group were determined before and after the treatment. Results In the treated group, 17 patients were cured; treatment was markedly effective in 26 patients. The total effective rate was 79.6% in the therapeutic group, significantly higher than that in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) . Increase of whole blood viscosity ( low shear rate, high shear rate) and serum viscosity were found in chloasma group compared with the control group of the healthy volunteers (P 〈 0.01 ). After the treatment, decrease of whole blood viscosity (low shear rate, high shear rate) and serum viscosity were found in 34 patients in the treatment group compared with those before treatment ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The disorder of the hemorheology were found in the patients with chloasma. Chinese herbal medicine, Ligustrazin, in coordination with the He-Ne Laser can decrease whole blood viscosity and serum viscosity with good clinical efficacies.
