己酮可可碱结肠定位包衣片制备工艺研究

摘要 目的制备己酮可可碱结肠定位包衣片。方法制备己酮可可碱片芯,以药物体外释放50%所需要的时间为指标,采用正交试验优选包衣片的最佳处方。结果最佳包衣处方:缓释层成分组成Eudragit RL∶RS质量比为1∶1.5,缓释层包衣增重为2.0%,肠溶层包衣增重为6%,固化时间是3 h。结论己酮可可碱结肠定位包衣片制备工艺简单、合理可行。 Objective To prepare the pentoxifylline enteric-coated tablets for targeting drugs on the colon. Methods The core tablets were prepared and orthogonal design was used to optimize the coating formulation. Results Eudragit RL-RS (1:1.5 ), 2.0% weight increase of the sustained-release layer,6% weight increase of the enteric layer,3 h of the setting time were the optimized coating formulations. Conclusion The preparation procedure of pentoxifylline enteric-coated tablets was simple and practical.
