摘要
目的建立西兰花种子中莱菔硫烷的HPLC含量测定方法。方法色谱柱:Waters公司XBridgeTMC18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(体积比30∶70);流速:1.0 mL/min;PDA检测器;检测波长:240 nm;柱温:30℃。结果莱菔硫烷在14.6~292.5μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9994,平均回收率为97.32%(RSD=1.2%)。结论本法简便、准确,重复性好,可用作西兰花种子的质量控制,为不同产地不同品种的西兰花种子的收购及栽培等提供有效监控依据。
Objectlve To establish a method for content analysis of sulforaphane in broccoli seeds. Methods Samples were analyzed on a Waters XbridgeTM C18 ( 150 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) column by using methanol-water (30: 70) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 240 nm. The column temperature was 30℃. Results The calibration curve was linear over the concentration of 14.6 ~ 292.5μg/ml for sulforaphane ( r = 0. 9994). The average recovery of sulforaphane was 97.32% and RSD 1. 2%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of broccoli seeds.
