摘要
目的:为观察正常孕妇的心率变异性(HRV)以及室性心律失常的发生,探讨孕妇心脏自主神经功能的平衡情况。方法:对89例孕妇和正常未孕妇44例进行24 h的室性心律失常(VA),对其时域、频域结果进行分析。结果:与对照组相比,怀孕各组大部分时域、频域指标均明显降低(P<0.05),但与妊娠周数无关;而怀孕伴VA与怀孕无VA,HRV比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:提示怀孕伴VA可能与心脏自主神经功能失衡有关,HRV分析对临床评价孕妇自主神经功能有一定的参考意义。
Objective：To investigate the heart rate variability （ HRV） and occurrence of ventricular arrhythmias in normal pregnant woman and to explore the balance of autonomic nervous function. Methods ：24h ambulatory electrocardiography were performed in 89 pregnant women and 44 healthy controls. We observed ventricular arrhythmias in 24h and analyzed 24h time - domain and frenquency - domain. Results ： Most of time - domain and frenquency - domain decreased in guoup pregnancy compared nith the contral group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but there were no relation between HRV and pregnant week. There were significant differences between the group of pregnancy with ventricular arrhythmias and without ventricular arrhythmias （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： The pregnancy nith ventricular arrhythmias may be related nith balance reduction of autonomic nerrous function. Heart rate variability has reference. Significance for assessment cardiovascular autonomic function in pregnant women.
