摘要
萜类化合物是广泛分布于植物、昆虫、微生物和海洋生物体内的一大类有机化合物，其中很多具有一定的抗肿瘤生物活性．这些抗肿瘤天然萜类化合物中分布较多的为倍半萜类和二萜类．它们分子结构中的主要生物活性基团为α亚甲基γ丁内酯．
Terpenoids are a huge group of organic compounds that widely exist in the bodies of plants,insects,microorganisms and oceanic creatures.Many of them have certain antineoplastic activities.Sesquiterpenoids and diterpenoids are those which are more widely distributed than others in these natural antineoplastic terpenoids.The main bioactive groups in their molecular structures are α methene γ butyrolactones.The present article describes emphatically the recent progress of research in this field.
