摘要
由于高校教师绩效评价系统中各评价指标权重、评价要求、评价数据的信息来源、数据的计算方法、数据的量化指标等不尽相同,使得评价结果的计算变得非常复杂,如何针对这些复杂的数据信息给出一个公平合理的评价结果成功高校教师绩效评价系统中的关键所在。在确定了高校教师绩效评价系统的指标体系后,研究了总的计算方法和安全公平措施,给出了各个指标的计算模型以及教师最终评价成绩的计算模型及其算法实现,为系统实现提供了一个科学合理的计算依据。
The computation of evaluation result become complex because the indicator weight, evaluation requirements, data deriving from different information sources, computation methods and its quantization indicator, vary in university teacher performance evaluation. It is the key that a just and reasonable evaluation result is given based on these complex data. After the index system is fixed, the whole computation method and safe measurements are studied, and computation models of different index and final computation model and al- gorithm realization are given, which presents a scientific computation basis to the system.
