清热解毒法对SHR胰岛素抵抗的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察清热解毒法抗SHR胰岛素抵抗的作用及初步作用机制。方法采用套尾法测定SHR清醒状态下尾动脉收缩压;采用放射免疫分析法测定血清胰岛素、C-肽、血管紧张素Ⅱ和醛固酮的含量;采用酶比色法测定血糖;依据血糖和胰岛素计算胰岛素敏感指数。结果清热解毒法能够降低SHR尾动脉收缩压,降低血糖、血清胰岛素、C-肽、血管紧张素Ⅱ和醛固酮的含量,提高胰岛素敏感指数。结论清热解毒法具有抗高血压胰岛素抵抗的作用,其机理与抑制肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统活性有关。 Objective: To verify the action effect and elementary mechanism of Clearing Heat and Removing Toxin method on the insulin resistance. Methods: To mensurate the conscious SHR' s tail arterial systolic pressure was measured with the tying tail method, and the content of INS, CP, Ang II, ALD with the method of radiation and immunization, the FPG with the method of enzyme colorimetry, calculate the sensitivety index of insulin according as FPG and insulin. Results: Clearing Heat and Removing Toxin method can lower SHR' s caudal systolic pressure and reduce the content of FPG, INS, CP, Ang II, ALD enhance thesensitivety index of insulin. Conclusion: Clearing Heat and Removing Toxin method canresist hypertension insulin resistance, the mechanism probably have relation with restraining the activation of RAAS.
