摘要
研究了施用牛粪堆肥和化肥对菠菜产量和品质方面的影响。结果表明:施用牛粪堆肥可以提高菠菜的维生素C、全糖和还原糖的含量,降低菠菜硝态氮的含量,但增加产量的作用不明显。施用化肥虽然可以提高菠菜的产量,但菠菜的维生素C、全糖和还原糖的含量降低,硝态氮的含量上升。
This experimem studied influence of cows dung compost and chemical fertilizer to spinach＇s output and quality. The results showed that, to fertilizing the cows dung compost may enhance content of the spinach＇s vitamin C,the whole sugar and the reducing sugar, reduces content of the spinach＇s nitrate nitrogen, but it is not obvious to increase output. The employment chemical fertilizer although may enhance spinach＇s output, but reduce comem of spinach＇s vitamin C, the whole sugar and reducing sugar, and rise content of nitrate nitrogen.
