摘要
以番茄06P28为试材,对其子叶分化培养基及该材料对潮霉素和羧苄青霉素的天然耐性进行了研究。结果表明:适宜的分化培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L,潮霉素的筛选浓度和羧苄青霉素的抑菌浓度分别以10 mg/L3、50 mg/L为宜。
Took tomato 06P28 as experimental material, studied its cotyledon differentiation medium and its natural patience to Hygromycin and Carbentcillin. The results showed: the suitable differentiation medium was MS+ 6-BA 2. 0 mg/L+IAA 0. 2 mg/L, and the perfect concentration of Hygromycin and Carbentcillin was 10 mg/L, 350 mg/L respectively.
