摘要
目的观察芪冬颐心口服液对急性心肌梗死犬血清中游离脂肪酸(FFA)、过氧化脂质(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷光甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性及心肌细胞超微结构的影响。方法将20只杂种犬随机分为4组,每组各5只,第1组为生理盐水(NS)对照组,第2组为阳性药精制冠心胶囊(JZGX)对照组,第3、4组为芪冬颐心口服液(QDYX)小、大剂量组。采用麻醉开胸犬,结扎冠状动脉左前降支(LAD),复制犬急性心肌梗死模型,测定血清中FFA、MDA含量及SOD、GSH-Px的活性;用透射电镜观察心肌细胞超微结构的改变。结果QDYX降低FFA和MDA的含量(P<0.05,P<0.01),增加SOD和GSH-Px酶的活性(P<0.05);减轻心肌梗死后对心肌细胞超微结构的损伤程度。结论芪冬颐心口服液对急性心肌梗死犬的心肌具有一定的保护作用。
[Objective] To observe effects of QDYX on FFA, MDA, SOD, GSH-Px and ultrastrueture of myocardial in acute myocardial infarction dogs. [Methods] We divided 20 dogs into four groups: (1) control group (2) JZGX group, (3)low-dose QDYX group, and (4) high-dose QDYX group. An acute myocardial infarction model was made by ligating left anterior descending branch in anesthetic chest-opened dog. We detected content of FFA , MDA and activity of SOD, GSH-Px in blood serum and observed changes of myocardial ultrastructural. [Results] The content of FFA and MDA were decreased,the activity of SOD and GSH-Px were increased in acute myocardial infarction dogs treated with QDYX. QDYX can reduce the ultrastructral injuries in acute myocardial infarction dogs. [Conclusion] QDYX has the protective effects on acute myocardial infarction in dogs.
