摘要
采用水热法和模板导向法结合的方法合成钒酸镧纳米棒,通过XRD、SEM、TEM对产物的物相、结构和形貌进行表征,并测试了其光学性能。结果表明,产物为纯净的单一四方锆石型结构的钒酸镧纳米棒,其长度为1 ̄2μm,直径为80 ̄120 nm。与钒酸镧纳米颗粒相比,钒酸镧纳米棒的发光强度有明显改善,同时四方相钒酸镧纳米棒和四方相钒酸镧纳米颗粒比单斜相钒酸镧纳米颗粒的光学性能明显提高。
Lanthanum orthovanadate nanorods were synthesised by a template-directing hydrothermal method.and were characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM and photoluminescence (PL) technique. The results show that the as-synthesised products are pure single-crystal LaVO4 nanorods with tetragonal zircon-type structure, The products consist mainly of lanthanum orthovanadate nanorods with length of 1 -2μm and diameter of 80-120 nm. Compared with LaVO4 nanoparticles,the LaVO4 nanorods has better luminescent properties.Meanwhile,the tetragonal phase LaVO4 nanorods has better luminescent properties than monoclinic phase LaVO4 nanoparticles.
