摘要
科学家及其工作本身就具有相当高的艺术性,而作为科学家秘书,有别于其他领域的秘书,其特殊性和艺术性更强。鉴于此,本文在探讨科学家及其工作的艺术性的基础上,结合切身实践感受,对科学家秘书工作的艺术性加以总结升华,即以敬业奉献精神为做好工作的基础、以及时细致为工作灵魂、艺术化处理好工作与学习的关系、以积累和总结为工作走向成熟的重要途径、以良好的为人为事为学问之道为工作的重要润滑剂五个方面,以为相关工作者提供经验参考。
Scientists and their undertaking are full of artistry. The job of scientist＇ s secretary is more particular and artistic than that of other fields. Accordingly, based on discussing the artistry of scientists and their undertaking and combined with the feeling of my reality, the paper summarizes the artistry of scientist＇ s secretary in order to provide related man with the experiences for reference, namely, the spirit of devotion and contribution is the basis of the job, work carefully and in time is the soul, the relationship between working and learning can be dealt with artistically, accumulation and experience are important ways to mature of our career, excellent methods of life, working and learning can improve the job greatly.
