以人为本,实现人的全面发展是马克思主义理论的最高价值,也是科学发展观的本质和核心。以人为本就是一切为了人民,一切依靠人民,一切发展成果由人民共享。
Putting people first and realizing people＇s over-all development is the highest value of Marxist theory, and the essence and gist of the scientific development concept as well. Putting people first can be interpreted as that everything is done for the people and by the people, and the people enjoy together all the development achievements.
