左旋布比卡因腰硬联合麻醉在妇科手术中的应用

摘要
酰胺类长效局麻药布比卡因对中枢神经系统和心脏的毒性主要来源于右旋镜像体，而左旋镜像体毒性明显降低，麻醉效能与布比卡因相仿，临床安全性明显提高。国外文献报道左旋布比卡因蛛网膜下腔阻滞在下肢和泌尿外科等手术中的应用效果较为满意四。本研究旨在观察左旋布比卡因腰硬联合麻醉在妇科手术中的效果，现将结果报道如下。
