摘要
提出了基于射频三极管工作在特征频率下的振荡器设计方法。利用OrCAD/Pspice软件对射频振荡电路进行仿真,验证了电路设计的合理性和可行性。实验证明该射频振荡电路起振好,工作稳定。
The paper puts forward the design methods of oscillator based on the RF transistor which work at the characteristic frequency. The simulation of the RF oscillating circuits was made by using OrCAD/Pspice, the rationality and feasibility of the circuit design was certificated. As is shown from the experiment, the RF oscillating circuits has been proved to have many advantages such as the good initial oscillations and the stable working performances.
