摘要
所谓燃油税是指对在我国境内行驶的汽车购用的汽油、柴油所征收的税。据估算,到2020年,中国石油消费量最少也要5亿t,进口需求将高达3亿t。解决这个问题,可以采用价格杠杆,利用税收手段进行调节。
The fuel tax is aiming at the gas and the diesel for the vehicle driving in China.As per estimation,Chinese oil consumption volume is at least 0.5 billion ton until 2020,the demand for import 3.0 billion ton.The price lever and tax can regulate the problem.
