应用于反应釜的超音速电弧喷涂涂层的耐蚀性 被引量:1

Corrosion Resistance of Supersonic Arc Spray Coating on the Reactor

摘要 采用超音速电弧喷涂设备在钢板基体表面分别喷涂Al、Zn、316不锈钢(0CrNi12Mo2)和ERNiCu-7四种涂层,通过CHI660B电化学工作站测试了四种涂层在60%H2SO4溶液中的稳态极化曲线和Tafel斜率,利用金相显微镜和X射线衍射等方法进行了腐蚀前后的组织分析。结果表明,四种喷涂材料中,ERNiCu-7喷涂层的防腐蚀效果完全符合反应釜的耐蚀性要求,适合推广应用。 The steady polarization curves and Tafel slope of supersonic arc spray coating Al , Zn , 316 stainless steel and ERNiCu-7 in 60% H2SO4 were measured using eletrochemical workstation, roetallographic microscope and X-ray diffraction. The microstructure before and after corrosion was analyzed. ERNiCu - 7 was the most proper material to be sprayed among the four coatings.
