摘要
圆锥滚子轴承保持架一次压坡模是利用一组压坡冲头通过模具闭合，而在保持架孔梁上压出有一定角度和尺寸的均匀坡面。其模具主要零件尺寸的设计与取值的正确与否，对圆锥滚子轴承的产品质量起着重要的作用。文中对主要工作零件的设计计算进行了总结整理。附图6幅。
One-time sizing slope die for tapered roller bearing cage can utilize agroup of sizing slope punches through die closing to form cage bars into even slope with cer-tain angle and dimension. Whether the design and obtaining value of dimensions of die'smain psrts are correct or not, it plays an important part in product quality of tapered rollerbearing. In the paper, design caculation of main working parts is summarized.
