摘要 采用在快速镍镀液中添加纳米SiC粉末的方法制备了纳米复合镀液,对影响镀层性能的镀液中纳米SiC粉末含量、表面活性剂浓度、刷镀电压、镀液初始温度四个因素进行了正交试验,结果表明:镀液中纳米粉末含量和刷镀电压对复合镀层的性能有显著影响。通过均匀设计试验法,对影响镀层显微硬度的主要因素进行回归分析,得到了相应的数学模型。 The composite electrolyte containing nano - particles was prepared on the basis of fast nickel electrolyte by suspending n -SiC at first. Four factors such as the content of nano-particles in the electrolyte, the content of compound surfactant in the electrolyte , the brush plating voltage and the initial temperature of electrolyte which affecting the performance of composite coatings were optimized by the method of orthogonal tests. The results showed that both the content of nano-particles in the electrolyte and the brush plating voltage had remarkable effects on the performance of composite coatings. At last, regression analysis was done by the method of uniform design experiments to analyze the main factors of affecting the plating micro - hardness, and the mathematical model was set up.
