摘要
通过单因素试验,获得了用于锌铁合金和锡表面共同着黑色膜的常温化学钝化方法,优选出的最佳工艺参数为:40.0~50.0g/LCuSO4.5H2O,3.0~5.0g/LNaOH,9.0~10.0g/LHCOOH,30.0~35.0g/LCrO3,0.1~0.3g/LHCHO,0.2~0.3g/LH3PO4,pH值1.5~2.0,钝化温度15~25℃,钝化时间8~12min。且采用该钝化液获得的钝化膜油黑发亮,色泽均匀,耐蚀性及耐磨性好,附着力强。该钝化液中采用非银盐发黑剂,污染小,且化学性能稳定,使用寿命长。
The optimal formulation and technological process for chemical black coloring of zinc-iron alloy and tin surfaces present together were investigated. The influences of the components in the passivating solution on film-forming rate, corrosion resistance and abrasive resistance were studied. The optimal formulation and technological process for chemical black coloring of zinc - iron alloy and tin surfaces were 3. 0 - 5. 0 g/L NaOH,9.0-10.0g/L HCOOH,30. 0 - 35. 0 g/LCrO3,0. 1-0.3 g/L HCHO,0.2-0.3 g/LH3PO4,pH value of 1. 5-2.0, temperature of 15 - 25℃,passivation time of 8-12 min. The passive film obtained with this formulation had bright black surface, uniform color, high corrosion resistance and abrasive resistance and good adhesion. The passivating solution had advantages of non-silver salt blackening reagent, light pollution, stable properties and long life-span.
