摘要
我国染料工业进入新世纪后面临新的严峻形势:国家节能减排政策要求进一步提高;欧盟REACH法规生效实施;国家调整染料出口退税政策;市场对染料产品要求越来越高。文中阐述了这四方面发展的新特点,并指出要依靠技术创新把我国染料工业做精做强。
This paper covers four characteristics of Chinese dyestuff industry, such as industry restructuring, enlargement of production bases, market active, new varieties emerging and export increasing. Chinese dyestuff industry also face some new circumstance of high demand on energy saving and low discharge, REACH implementation, adjustment of export rebate policy, emergency on new products and technology innovation.
