摘要
通过对20Cr2MnMo,T10A和GCr15三种材料进行相应热处理工艺及接触疲劳寿命特性的试验研究分析,为水泵轴连轴承的选材和表面热处理工艺的确定提供了试验数据。试验结果表明:20Cr2MnMo渗碳淬火的接触疲劳寿命比其他二种材料好。附图4幅,表1个,参考文献6篇。
Through testing and analyzing contact fatisue life characteristic andrelative heat-treatment technology of three kinds of materials 20Cr2MnMo, T10A andGCr15, test data were provided for material selection of water pump bearing with shaft anddetermination of surface heat-treatment technology. The test results showed that contact fa-tigue life of carburized and quenched 20Cr2MnMo is better than that of other two kinds ofmaterials.
