作者由参加2006年江西省职业技能大赛和全国第二届数控技能大赛的切身体会,以数控专业师资队伍建设研究为典型,探索专业师资队伍建设内容与培养途径。
From author＇s personal experience of participating in the Jiangxi Province Professional Skill Contest and the Second Session of the National Numerical Control Skill Contest; and through the typical rese,arch on the construction of specialized teacher teams of numerical control, this article will explore the contents and the measures of the construction of specialized teacher teams.
