NiCuB非晶态催化剂催化性能研究

摘要 采用化学还原法制备了NiCuB非晶态催化剂,研究了NiCuB非晶态催化剂对异丙醇和仲丁醇常压液相脱氢反应的催化性能。结果表明,NiCuB对异丙醇和仲丁醇常压液相脱氢反应具有较好的催化活性。NiCuB比NiB具有更好的催化性能,NiCuB对异丙醇常压液相脱氢反应的催化效果高于对仲丁醇的催化效果。Cu含量增加,NiCuB非晶态催化剂的催化性能增强。适当增加NiCuB催化剂的用量可以提高异丙醇的转化率。NiCuB非晶态催化剂随着催化反应的进行逐渐失活,晶化和氧化是失活的主要原因。 Ultra-fine NiCuB amorphous catalyst was prepared by chemical reduction method and its catalytic performance for liquid-phase dehydrogenation of 2-propanol and 2-butanol was investigated. The results showed that NiCuB amorphous catalyst had good catalytic performance and its catalytic performance was better than that of NiB amorphous catalyst. NiCuB amorphous catalyst showed better catalytic effect on the liquid-phase dehydrogenation of 2-propanol than that on the 2-butanol. With the increase of the content of Cu in NiCuB catalyst, the catalytic performance of NiCuB was improved. The catalytic activity of NiCuB amorphous catalyst could increase the conversion of 2-propanol when appropriate dosage of NiCuB was added. Due to the crystallization and oxidation of the active component, the catalytic activity of NiCuB amorphous catalyst gradually went down in process of reaction.
