摘要
随着现代数据传输技术的发展,现已成功实现了图像、声音信号的数字化,以及对声像信号的处理和远距离传送。这一技术的应用,使得电力行业在数字监控系统中增加了除传统"四遥"(遥测、遥信、遥控和遥调)之外的另一项功能——遥视。针对变电站自动化系统介绍了遥视系统的设计,并借助通信系统实现视频信息的互联以便预测或及时发现变电站的各种不安全因素,并提出实现遥视系统的解决方案。
With the development of modern data transmission technology,the digitalization of image and audio signals as well as the processing and long-distance transmission of audio and image signals are realized. Therefore,the function of remote watching,in addition to the traditional telemetry,remote signalling,telecontrol and remote regulation,is developed in the production process.This article introduces the design of the remote watching system for substations,which realizes the connection of video signal through the communication system,so as to predict and detect the various dangerous factors of the substation,and propose a solution for it.
