摘要
雪崩光电二极管APD(avalanche photo detector)因其具有很高的内部增益,是目前LD(Laser diode)激光测距中最常用的光电探测器件.挖掘激光测距系统的探测能力、提高探测概率的最终途径是提高激光回波信号的信噪比.从LD激光测距的特点出发,在分析了APD光电探测电路噪声的基础上,结合脉冲回波信号的特征,利用微弱信号检测的理论,提出了一种利用相关检测来提高回波信号信噪比的检测电路.结果表明,回波信号的信噪比有了一定提高,且结合了自动增益控制电路,为后续的时间间隔测量的精度提供了保证.
Avalanche photo detector (APD) is widely used in LD laser ranging as a photoelectrical detector because of its high interior gain. In order to improve the detecting ability and detection probability of the laser ranger, the Signal Noise Ratio (SNR) of the return signal is to be increased. In this article, the characteristic of LD laser ranging and the noise of APD detecting circuit is analyzed. And then a kind of photoelectric measure circuit, based on relevant measurement, is presented. The experiment result shows that SNR of the return signal is improved in some sort. Further more, benefiting from the automatic gain control (AGC) circuit, the precision of .time interval measurement in LD laser ranging will be ensured.
