摘要 机械牵拉力改变细胞骨架及细胞外基质生物特性,进而影响到细胞的生理学特性,包括生长、分化、移行、基因的表达、蛋白质的合成、信息的传递和细胞凋亡。综述了机械牵拉力对细胞骨架及细胞的生物学行为的影响。 Mechanical force can change structures of cytoskeleton and biological property of extracellular matrix and accordingly affect biology behaviors including proliferation, differentiation, and migration of cells, gene expression, protein synthesis, information transfer and cell apoptosis. This paper gave brief review on effects of mechanical force toward cytoskeleton and acts of cell biology.
