摘要
从制约混凝土结构收缩裂缝发展的角度,利用自行研制的轴向拉伸试验装置进行了商品混凝土早龄期的受拉弹性模量试验研究,试验装置成功地解决了轴向拉伸试验的对中难题。对三种不同强度等级(C20,C40,和C60)的45个混凝土构件(100 mm×100 mm×375 mm)分别进行了五个龄期(3d,7d,14d,28d和60d)的受拉弹性模量试验,得出了受拉弹性模量随龄期的发展变化规律,并在试验数据的基础上经过回归分析,给出了受拉弹性模量随龄期增长的经验公式。公式的提出对商品混凝土的工程应用有适用意义,为今后修订《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB50010-2002)中有关耐久性的条目提供了重要的试验数据和背景材料。
In order to avoid the early shrinkage cracking in concrete structures, the early-age tensile elastic modulus of commercial concrete is studied by a home-made experimental device, and the difficult problem of centering is solved successfully. The axial tensile elastic modulus's of concrete specimens ( including 3 strength grades and 5 ages) are studied in detail. The development regularity of the tensile elastic modulus with age is derived. Based on the experimental data, the formula of the tensile elastic modulus with age is obtained. The formula is of practical significance, and can supply the important data and materials for the revision of 《Code for design of concrete structures》( GB50010- 2002).
