摘要
主动频率偏移(AFD)法是孤岛检测的主要方法之一。分析了AFD法的基本原理和优缺点,并按先检测频率变化再确定斩波率的思想对传统AFD法进行了改进。改进后的方法的运行指标以IEEEStd929—2000为依据,适应中国电力系统要求。基于Simulink软件包的仿真结果表明,改进后的方法加快了检测速度,减小了检测盲区,还减少了对电力系统的谐波污染。
Active frequency drift (AFD) method is one of the most popular islanding detection methods. The paper analyses the principles, advantages and disadvantages of the traditional AFD method. Based on these works, an improved scheme of detecting frequency variations first and then determining the value of chopping fraction is presented. The performance indices of the improved method are in accordance with the standard of IEEE Std 929--2000, meeting the requirements of power systems in China. Simulation results on Simulink show that the improved method can detect the islanding operation effectively with faster detecting speed, smaller non-detection zone, and less harmonics pollution to the grid.
