摘要
再生混凝土是指将废弃混凝土经过破碎、清洗、筛分、分级和按一定比例相互配合后制成再生混凝土骨料,用其部分或全部代替天然骨料配制的新混凝土。关于再生混凝土力学特性的研究并不多见。通过一系列的相关试验,分析和研究了再生混凝土取代率对其静力学性能的影响;在进行再生混凝土的全应力-应变试验过程中同步测试了其超声波传播特征参数,研究再生混凝土声波传播特征参数随再生混凝土轴向压缩变形的变化规律。为了分析再生混凝土的循环动力损伤特征,进行了再生混凝土单轴竖向循环加载试验,研究再生混凝土在循环动荷载作用下变形的发生和发展规律,为工程应用作参考。
Reproductive concrete is a new type of concrete that made from the disuse concrete after a series of courses of disposal ,such as break up, washing, filtration, classification, combination on a certain proportion and so on. The research of the mechanical characteristics of reproductive concrete is very little. This article researches the mechanical characteristics of reproductive concrete by a series of tests. The influences of the substitute ratio and hydrated ratio on the mechanical characteristics of reproductive concrete are studied. Tke ultrasonic parameters when reproductive concrete is loaded are detected; the rule of the development of ultrasonic parameter with the change of the distortion of reproductive concrete under static load is analyzed. In order to research the cyclic dynamical characteristics of the reproductive concrete, we have made a experiment that operate cyclic load on the reproductive concrete, in order to research the rule of the development of the distortion of the reproductive concrete. All of these can provide a referrence for similar engineerings.
