摘要
根据微波快速固化、均匀制热的机理,研制开发了全新的复合材料微波快速胶接修复设备,并进行了修补试验。试验结果证明,该技术完全满足飞机结构件的修复要求,且显著地缩短了修复时间。
According to the microwave mechanism of fast microwave curing and even heating, a new composite microwave fast bonded repair device is developed and the repair tests are carried out. The results show that this technique can meet the requirements of repaire for aircraft structures and the repair time is reduced remarkably.
