HBO两种不同压力治疗急性轻症高原病近期反跳比较 被引量:5

Comparison of Recent Rebound Phenomenon between High and Low Pressure Treatment with HBO for Acute Mild Altitude Disease

摘要 目的:初步探讨在特高海拔现场就地高压氧(HBO)治疗急性轻症高原病(Acute mild al-titude disease,AMAD)的适宜治疗压力。方法:对比在4600m高原现场采用相对较高。较低两种不同HBO治疗压力治疗AMAD,在3小时后观察病情"反跳"情况。结果:较高压力101kPa~120kPa(758~900)mmHg治疗组近期反跳情况较低压力80kPa~100kPa(600~750mmHg)组明显。结论:在海拔4600m高原现场应用HBO就地治疗AMAD压力不宜过高,否则易引起反跳。 Objective: To explore the available therapeutic pressure of hyperbaric oxygenation (HBO) in treatment of acute mild altitude disease (AMAD) at high altitude scene. Methods: The subjects with AMAD were selected according to the results of treatment with HBO in the low (80~100)kPa and high pressure (101~120)kPa groups. The rebound data from different HBO pressure after 3hr of HBO was analyzed and compared in both low and high pressure group. Results: The recent rebound phenomenon of AMAD was more remarkable in the high pressure group than that in low pressure group. Conclusions: The results suggest that at 4 600m altitudes, the pressure of HBO used to treat the AMAD should not be too high,otherwise, the rebound would be easy.
