消化内镜检查中使用染色剂的安全性问题 被引量：2

摘要 色素内镜技术是指在常规内镜检查的基础上，辅助使用活体染色剂，增加病变与正常组织对比度，增强黏膜表面细小凹凸改变的立体感，使病灶的形态、范围更为清晰，从而提高镜下肉眼识别能力，以便有针对性地取材，提高病变检出率的方法。常用的染料有靛青红（靛胭脂）、美蓝（亚甲蓝，methylene blue，MB）、碘和刚果红等。越来越多的临床研究表明，色素内镜对消化道疾病的诊断有较大价值，但其安全性也同样受到日益广泛的重视。
