摘要
根据电力建设项目管理的现状和存在的问题,论述了在电力工程项目管理中实施的必要性和可行性,提出了设立由电力集团公司控股的项目管理公司,代建电力工程项目从筹建、设计、施工、调试至直交付使用,进行全过程管理的模式。
According to analysis of the current condition and the problems of electric construction project management, this paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of the ＂Agent-Construction System＂, presents out the project management mode that establish project management company hold by electric power group to agent construct the electric project, and adopt whole process management contain preparation, design, construction, adjustment and delivery.
