摘要
在土地资源越发紧缺的今天,烂尾楼不可忽略的占地规模一方面影响了市容,另一方面阻碍了区域经济的发展。以研究烂尾楼的现状为出发点,提出几点可供"复苏"烂尾楼的观点和建议。
The unnegligible land occupation of messy building has influenced appearance of city on hand and hindered the regional economic development on the other hand, while the land resources are deficient nowadays. Beginning with the present status of messy building, the article put forward some viewpoint and suggestion for recovery of messybuilding.
