摘要
目的:观察解毒降脂片对伴有2型糖尿病和血脂异常的非酒精性脂肪性肝炎患者血脂及肝功能的影响。方法:32位伴有2型糖尿病和血脂异常的非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)患者,配对后随机分配每对中的2个受试对象到饮食运动对照组及解毒降脂片治疗组。对照组在胰岛素强化治疗的基础上仅配合饮食及运动治疗;治疗组在胰岛素强化治疗和饮食运动治疗基础上加用解毒降脂片治疗。疗程4周后,检测两组治疗前后血脂、肝功能、脂质过氧化物及肝脏B超变化。结果:饮食、运动对照组治疗后TG、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)显著下降(P<0.05);而总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、丙二醛(MDA)统计学无显著性差异,治疗前后肝脏B超检查脂肪肝程度无明显改变。解毒降脂片治疗组治疗后TG、TC、LDL-C、ALT、AST、GGT、MDA明显下降,与治疗前相比,治疗后HDL-C无变化,治疗后B超检查脂肪肝程度明显减轻。治疗后两组间比较,治疗组TG、ALT较对照组明显下降。结论:解毒降脂片能调节异常血脂,保护肝功能,逆转肝脏脂肪变性。
Objectives ：To investigate the therapeutic effects of Jiedujiangzhi Tablet （JDJZT） on nonalcoholic steatohepatitis （NASH） complicated with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and lipids abnormality. Methods ：Thirty two nonalcoholic steatohepatitis patients complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） and lipids abnormality were paired and divided randomly into two groups： control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with diet combined exercises, and treatment group was treated with Jiedujiangzhi tablet besides diet combined exercises. The triglycerides （ TG）, total cholesterol （ TC）, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL-C）, low- density lipoprotein cholesterol （ LDL-C）, alanine aminotransferase （ ALT）, aspartate aminotransferase （ AST）, γ-glutamyl transpeptidase （ GGT）, methylenedioxyamphetamine （MDA） and ultrasonography of liver were detected before and after treatment, respectively. Results ：1. In control group, the levels of TG and ALT were decreased significantly after treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ） , and there were no markedly changes in TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, AST and GGT （ P 〉 0.05 ）. B-ultrasonic examination indicated that the condition of fatty liver had not been improved significantly （ P 〉 0.05 ）. 2. In Jiedujiangzhi tablet treatment group, the levels of TG,TC ,LDL-C,ALT,AST,GGT and MDA were significantly decreased after treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were no markedly changes in HLD-C after treatment （ P 〉 0.05 ）. B-ultrasonic examination indicated that the condition of fatty liver had been improved significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. 3. The levels of TG and ALT were significantly lower in treatment group than those in control group after treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions： Jiedujiangzhi Tablet could effectively regulate blood lipids, relieve fatty liver and protect the function of liver.
