摘要
采用爆炸压实法对W70Ti30(质量比)混合粉末进行了研究,试件具有高密度(大于97%理论密度)、高硬度、组织均匀的特点。研究结果表明:爆炸粉末烧结法是一种制取W-Ti复合材料的可行的方法;装药比是影响压实件质量的重要因素,随着装药比的增大,压实件密度先是变大,当达到某一临界值后,反而变小;随装药比的增大,马赫孔从有到无,但当装药比继续变大时,则会再次出现马赫孔且有增大的倾向;药量过大时,试样周向裂纹和马赫孔附近的径向微裂纹增多。
Explosive compaction technique is applied to produce W-Ti alloys out of W70Ti30 mixed powders, whose samples are endowed with the characteristics of high density and high rigidity. The results show that explosive compaction is a feasible method to produce W-Ti alloys. Mass ratio of explosive to the mixed powders is a crucial factor that affects the quality of the samples. With the increase of the ratio the density of the sample increases at first and then decreases when the ratio reaches certain critical value and the mach pore is decrescent at first and later largens. The microcosmic cracks manifold when the explosive is superfluous.
