摘要
目的:应用种植支抗压入伸长磨牙,评价磨牙压入的安全性、有效性,探讨支抗钉的植入部位。方法:选择10例患者,男2例,女8例。年龄25~53岁,平均33岁。上颌磨牙由于对牙长期缺失而伸长,咬合于对颌牙槽嵴黏膜,妨碍牙列修复治疗。利用种植支抗,使用弹性牵引力根向压入伸长的磨牙。结果:10例患者的缺牙区均获得了足够的义齿修复垂直间隙,成功进行种植牙修复。伸长磨牙平均压入3mm,治疗时间平均3.5个月。治疗过程中未发现明显的牙根吸收、牙髓坏死、明显的牙松动。未见牙根尖进入上颌窦。结论:磨牙伸长可通过种植支抗技术予以安全有效地压入,为缺失牙修复创造足够的义齿修复空间。
PURPOSE: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficiency and security of self-drilling mini-screw implant anchorage for molar intrusion, to achieve the right position of the mini-screw implant. METHODS: Ten patients with overerupted maxillary molars were selected, aging from 25 to 53 years old, the average age was 33 years old. There were 2 men and 8 women. All the overerupted molars were intruded in gingival direction with mini-screw implants anchorage. RESULTS: The mean intrusive movement of the overerupted maxillary molars was 3 mm, the mean treatment time were 3.5 months.All of the missing teeth were treated by prosthetic treatment. No obvious root resorption, pulp necrosis and tooth loosen were found.
